As we wrap up the first quarter of the year, we wanted to update you on all of the exciting things going on with Boss Bae Lashes! And also, do you know who is behind the brand? Well, our CEO, Graciela Franco has been creating and doing big things behind the scenes for Boss Bae Lashes and we want you to be a part of this amazing journey with us!
HERE IS OUR 2022 1ST QUARTER WRAP UP:
As you might’ve seen all over our socials, it was our 2nd Year Anniversary in March and our Elevate & Celebrate Networking Anniversary was a huge success! We greatly appreciate everyone who came out and celebrated with us and for all of our amazing clients who made this milestone possible.
In March, Graciela Franco flew over 1,800 miles to Kissimmee Florida to attend a Luxury Women’s Business Retreat called the Boss Summit, where she soaked up valuable business information and networked with 30 inspiring women from around the US & Canada. It was a once in a lifetime experience for our CEO!

Graciela walked through the doors with her mind set on developing new relationships, networking, making business friends and she did exactly that. At the end of the retreat, it came to her surprise that she was selected as the fourth recipient of the $1,000 Boss Summit Grant. This came exactly a week after she granted the $1,000 Powerful Grant to another woman in business. This was a reassurance for her that when you keep putting out good, it will come back to you ten-fold.
It was such a fulfilling experience for Graciela to say the least and she is very honored to have been asked to join the Boss Summit team and its mission. She can’t wait to be back at the next retreat in September and wants to bring more boss babes to be a part of it!
